Investigators Seek Person of Interest in Laramie Homicide

Investigators are currently seeking a person of interest related to a homicide that occurred at 4746 East Skyline Drive, #66.

Trevor Sanford is a person of interest in the homicide of Marilyn Kay Dlugosh, 75.

On March 29^th at approximately 5:00 p.m. the Albany County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a deceased female and upon deputies and EMT’s arriving on the scene, the victim was pronounced deceased. Law enforcement investigated and determined the death to be a criminal homicide

The Wyoming State crime lab was called in to help process the scene. An autopsy conducted at McKee medical center in Colorado on March 30 determined the cause of death to be blunt force trauma.

Investigators are currently following leads on Sanford and are asking the public for any information on the location of Sanford or details surrounding the investigation to contact Laramie records and communications at 307-721-2526 for the non-emergent line, or 911 if it is an emergency. Sanford was last seen with a crew-cut style haircut.

Undersheriff Josh DeBree said that law enforcement will not be releasing any more information at this time, as they do not want to jeapordize the investigation.
