LHS Choir Wins St. Patrick’s Parade Award In Ireland

The Laramie High School Choir received high praise from Bray, Ireland's annual St. Patrick's Day Parade.

Tens of thousands of attendees watched the event which included 40 different performances. Judges would determine a choir performance with high school students from Laramie High School and Casper's Kelly Walsh High School won first place.

The choir performed a variety of old Irish folk songs.

One local concert goer told Wicklow Voice:

It was a magical evening, it really made me proud to be
Irish.
