The Laramie Plainsmen and Lady Plainsmen soccer teams have had their schedules changed for matches against Natrona County High School.

The Lady Plainsmen match was cancelled for today, as announced by Laramie High School Athletic Director Bruce Schmidt last Thursday. Attempts are being made to reschedule for a later date.

The Plainsmen will face the Mustangs in their home opener today, but the match time has been moved up to 4 p.m. at Deti Stadium. Natrona County is not bring a JV team, so combining that with weather as a factor, the varsity match time was moved up.

The Plainsmen are off to a 2-0 start after a 4-1 victory at Riverton last Saturday. Meanwhile, the Lady Plainsmen have been dominant. They beat Riverton 10-0 last Saturday at Deti Stadium. They've out-scored their two opponents by a combined score of 20-0.

Both Laramie teams will open 4A East Conference play this weekend against Sheridan and Gillette. The girls are on the road, while the boys are at home.
