Wyoming Dons Full Pads in Fall Practice
LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) — Wyoming puts on full pads for the first time Wednesday as the Cowboys continue fall practice in Laramie.
The Cowboys are now only 25 days away from the season opener at New Mexico State on Aug. 25.
Head coach Craig Bohl says the practices are starting to wear down some of the players but overall he says the team is in really good health.
Bohl praised the defense for its play in Tuesday's practice and noted the outstanding play of the defensive front line throughout practice over the last four days.
Offensively, Bohl says he's still looking for the best five players on the offensive line.
