Denver Broncos linebacker Von MIller could face a four game suspension.

According to ESPN Insider Adam Schefter, Miller has violated NFL policy.

The Denver Post reports the infraction accrued due to a positive drug test during Miller's rookie season.

Von plans to appeal the suspension with league officials.  If the appeal fails, Miller will miss home games against Baltimore, Oakland, and Philadelphia, as well as a week 2 road trip to the New York Giants.

Miller finished 2012 with 18.5 sacks.
