Lady Plainsmen Volleyball Heads To Capital City
It's officially "Cheyenne Week" for the Lady Plainsmen volleyball team.
LHS heads to Cheyenne East Tuesday and Cheyenne Central Thursday. Laramie's match up against East comes just one week after an LHS home sweep over the Lady T-Birds. Scores went 25-21, 30-28, and 25-15.
Laramie looks for revenge Thursday against a Central team that beat them in a tough 5 game set two weeks ago.
The Lady Plainsmen took part in the Casper Invitational this weekend. Friday they would lose to Rawlins in two, fall to Riverton in three, and defeat Sheridan in three. Saturday, Laramie played in the Silver Bracket. They fell to Rock Springs in three and beat Green River in three.
Varsity game time Tuesday is set for 6:30pm, Thursday at 6:00 pm. Both games can be heard on AM 1290 KOWB or online by CLICKING HERE.
