Gridiron Gold Comes Down to a Few Points

Gridiron Gold is nearing the halfway point for the 2015 pro football season from KOWB and Modern Printing.

Only a few points in the Monday night tie-breaker separated four entry cards tied for the top spot in Gridiron Gold during week seven.

The top entry cards only had two incorrect picks. Four cards met this criteria, and all four correctly selected Arizona to win the tie-breaker game. In the point's tie-breaker, the entries were three, six, seven and nine points off.

The closest on the point's tie-breaker and winning first place and $50 is Joseph Wootton of Cheyenne.

Second-closest in the point's tie-breaker and taking the second place prize of $25 is Loretta Leger of Laramie.

In its' 30th year, Gridiron Gold is the weekly pro football pick 'em contest that gives you a chance to win $5000 each week. We just got started, so there's many more chances to win.

The best card each week wins $50, while second place receives $25.

Pick the pro games on the card each week, fill out all the required information and turn in your card by noon on Saturday's to the Gridiron Gold drop box located at McDonald's at the corner of 30th Street and Grand Avenue. You can find complete contest rules on the back of the card each week.
