It’s the final week of the regular season for high school track and field in Wyoming for the 2021 season.

Next week will be the regional meets, and then the state championships are in Casper on May 20-22, 2021.

The biggest competitions are in Thermopolis, Torrington, and Lander.

Central Freshman-Sophomore Meet in Cheyenne at Riske Field: Field & Track Events at 4 p.m. – Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Laramie - MOVED TO SATURDAY, MAY 8

Puncher Invitational in Big Piney: Field Events at 2 p.m. & Track Events at 3:15 p.m. – Big Piney, Farson-Eden, Kemmerer, Pinedale

The Kemmerer girls and Big Piney boys win the team crowns. Kenley Plowman wins 3 events - 400 meters, plus the long jump & triple jump.


Jeff Hereford Memorial in Mountain View: Field Events at 3:30 p.m. & Track Events at 3:45 p.m. – Evanston, Farson-Eden, Green River, Lyman, Mountain View

The Lyman girls and Evanston boys win the team titles.

Little Goose Jump & Throw in Big Horn at 5:15 p.m. (no track events) – Arvada-Clearmont, Big Horn, Buffalo, Sheridan

Addie Bolton of Sheridan won the girls' long & triple jump. Sheridan's Alex Cameron sweeps the shot & discus.

Sheridan easily won both team crowns.

Pine Bluffs Field Event Extravaganza in Pine Bluffs – Burns, Guernsey-Sunrise, Pine Bluffs, Southeast, Torrington

Torrington's Marissa Morehouse was the only double event winner.
