Weather Forces Change in Laramie Lady Plainsmen Soccer Match Thursday

The winter storm that blew through over the past 24 hours has required yet another adjustment to the Laramie High School soccer schedule. It has been announced that the Laramie Lady Plainsmen home match Thursday versus Cheyenne Central will be played at the UW Indoor Practice Facility (IPF) at 4 p.m.

This marks the seventh time this season the Lady Plainsmen have had to alter their schedule due to various reasons. The only match played will be at the varsity level, no JV Thursday.

Second-ranked Laramie (9-1, 7-1) faces the 5th-ranked Central Lady Indians (4-4-3, 4-1-3) for the second time in just over a week. LHS won the first meeting in Cheyenne on April 24, as they rallied for a 3-2 victory in overtime.

The Lady Plainsmen will finish the regular season at #1 East on Friday in Cheyenne.
