The Denver Broncos 2020 season (like many others) has been a bizarre one with twists and turns that leave us all scratching our heads.

There were however some really positive things to come out of the season and two of them were Safety Justin Simmons and Defensive End Bradley Chubb who have had stand out years...so much so that they have been voted in to this year's Pro Bowl.

According to the Denver Broncos, Chubb was named a starter in this year's game which is going to be held virtually. After suffering a year ending knee injury last year, Chubb has bounced back beautifully this year getting 7.5 sacks while coming in fourth in the league in QB hurries and knockdowns.

Chubb's best game this year came against the Jets when he picked up 2.5 sacks including the one to seal the game with the Jets driving.

Justin Simmons is also celebrating his first pro bowl selection, this after being nominated to represent the Denver Broncos for the NFL Man of the Year Award, an award that recognizes a player's contribution on and off the field and puts a spotlight on his volunteer and charity work.

Simmons has been a rock and a leader on this Broncos D and in the NFL for safeties for that matter recording 4 interceptions which is tied for the league for safeties. His biggest pick of the season was the one that sealed the win against the Dolphins when he picked off Ryan Fitzpatrick in the final minute of the game.

Neither Simmons or Chubb...or ANY of this year's pro bowlers  will actually take the field as the game will be held virtually in the form of a series of Madden competitions between this year's pro bowl selections, former players and celebrities.
