UNDATED (AP) — On their third try, the Miami Heat have scored their first road victory of the season. LeBron James scored a season-high 35 points, Dwyane (dwayn) Wade had 20 and the two-time NBA champion Heat beat the Toronto Raptors 104-95.

Ray Allen scored 14 points for Miami, who had lost at Philadelphia and at Brooklyn in their first two road games.

James became the fifth player in NBA history to score 10 points or more in 500 consecutive games.

A four-time MVP, James joined Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Michael Jordan, Karl Malone and Moses Malone as the only players to accomplish the feat.

In other NBA action:

— Paul George scored 31 points, and the Indiana Pacers remained the NBA's only unbeaten team with a 99-91 victory over the Detroit Pistons. The Pacers have matched their best start in franchise history at 4-0.

__ Monta Ellis had 30 points and nine assists, Dirk Nowitzki (noh-VIHT'-skee) was one of seven Dallas players in double figures with 11 points and the Mavericks beat the Los Angeles Lakers 123-104.

__ Tony Parker's 24 points and six assists led the San Antonio Spurs past winless Denver 102-94. Tim Duncan added 17 points, eight boards and eight assists.

__ Kemba Walker scored 25 point, Gerald Henderson added 18 and the Charlotte Bobcats held off a late run by New York to beat the Knicks 102-97.

— Brook Lopez scored a game-high 27 points, Deron (DEH'-rihn) Williams had 10 points and eight assists and the Brooklyn Nets ended their four-game losing streak to the Utah Jazz, 104-88.

__ Eric Bledsoe had 25 points, Gerald Green tied a career high with six 3-pointers and the Phoenix Suns rallied to beat the Pelicans 104-98.

__ Al Horford had 27 points and 10 rebounds, Paul Millsap had 25 points and 11 rebounds and the Atlanta Hawks held off the Sacramento Kings, 105-100.

__ Houston beat Portland 116-101. James Harden scored 33 points and Dwight Howard added 29 points and 13 rebounds.

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Michael Redd, a former NBA All-Star guard with Milwaukee, will retire on Wednesday. The Bucks, who Redd played with most of his career with, made the announcement.

Redd played 12 seasons in the NBA, 11 with Milwaukee. With the Bucks he averaged 20.0 points, 4 rebounds and 2.3 assists a game.
