Henry Finishes His Career With Another State Title [VIDEO]

Chris Henry accomplished a goal he had set at last weekend's Wyoming State Track Championships in Casper.

He won an individual state title during the outdoor track and field season with his victory in the 3200 meters last Thursday. His winning time was 9:42.44. He won the race by nearly 12 seconds.

This marked the third individual state championship won by Henry. Chris won the past two class 4A state cross country titles in 2014 and 2015.

KOWB's David Settle visited with the Laramie High School senior about the race, his overall weekend at state track, plus reflecting on his career at LHS and looking ahead.

Henry has signed with the University of Wyoming on a scholarship to run cross country and track beginning this fall.
