When it comes to law the University of Wyoming has had a long history of producing some of the best lawyers, law makers and political leaders.  According to PreLaw Magazine UW currently ranks 15th in the nation for providing the best value. Out of 200 law schools nationwide that's a pretty good ranking!

The ranking by PreLaw Magazine has the approval of the American Bar Association and according to UW College of Law Dean Steve Easton the study did not include some quality criteria that would rank UW even higher on the list.

One of the perks of being a law student at UW is the low student to faculty ratio. Compared to other law schools the University of Wyoming Law School provides a ratio of ten to one! Other perks UW law students  are able to enjoy is the participation in clinics as well as law practice with real clients and cases before graduating.

This week was Law Week at the University of Wyoming.  Participating in Law Week were a number of speakers including the Nixon Administration Lawyer Egil "Bud" Krough.  To learn more about the University of Wyoming School of Law click here.
