Tree Pruning On 1st Street

Beginning Monday, June 16, 2014, after 7:00 AM, Indian Paintbrush Tree Surgery, under contract with the City of Laramie Parks and Recreation Department, will be pruning six large cottonwood trees adjacent to the Depot parking lot.

The trees are located in the right-of-way between South 1st Street and the Depot Parking lot, south of Garfield Street. On Sunday morning, June 15th, several no parking signs will be placed along the South 1st Street curb adjacent to the six trees and in the parking stalls in the Depot Parking lot that are adjacent to the six trees.

By Monday morning, June 16, at 7:00 AM, vehicles will need to be out of the curb side parking area and the parking lot stalls. The pruning work should be finished on Monday but may extend into Tuesday June 17th.
