
Three Arrested in Albany County for Meth Possession, Intent to Deliver
Three people were arrested and charged with methamphetamine possession and intent to deliver Monday, Dec. 26.
Nicholas Pacheco Trujillo, Leticia Gutierrez-Rodriguez and Yuniel Aguila Darias, were arrested during a commercial vehicle inspection of a semi-truck in Albany County, according to court documents.
During the inspection, a Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper deployed a K-9 unit to inspect the vehicle and discovered a diaper box outside the truck, leaning against the step to the driver’s side door.
Inside the diaper box the trooper found five cellophane-wrapped bundles of methamphetamine collectively weighing 23 pounds, according to the affidavit.
