After a mental evaluation at the state hospital in Evanston, WY and a long awaited court hearing, Everett Conant III will indeed face charges in District Court. Circuit Judge Randal Arp ruled that the state's case against Conant is strong. Conant is accused of shooting and killing his three sons and brotheras well as attempting to kill his wife.

In a ruling today, Circuit Court Magistrate Scott Cole ordered Everett Conant to undergo a mental evaluation. Conant is being charged for four counts of murder as well as attempted murder for a shooting that took place Thursday July 7th.

Four people are dead following a shooting in a home in Wheatland, Wyo. on Thursday night according to the Platte County Sheriff's Department. Authorities responded to the 700 block of Oak Street when a 911 call around 6 p.m. reported shots being fired.
