Four people are dead following a shooting in a home in Wheatland, Wyo. on Thursday night according to the Platte County Sheriff's Department. Authorities responded to the 700 block of Oak Street when a 911 call around 6 p.m. reported shots being fired.

Wheatland Police Chief Randy Chesser says officers saw Suzette Conant running down the street screaming when they arrived. After a 10-minute stand-off Everett Conant, Suzette's husband, surrendered without incident and was arrested.  Once inside the trailer, officers found three fatally wounded minors and one adult male, believed to be the brother of the accused. Cheyenne Regional Medical Center confirmed to the AP that Suzette was admitted Thursday night and is in good condition. Suzette and Everett are the only survivors.

Everett, who is in his mid-30's, is the only suspect and remains in custody. Authorities are still looking for a possible motive. Chesser says he was not aware of any earlier domestic violence calls at that residence.

The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation was called to assist in processing the crime scene.
