The horrific shooting that took place Thursday in Wheatland has left residents in the town stunned. When information from the incident was released it left people wondering the circumstances as to why a man would kill his three sons and his adult brother. The latest information released states that two of the brothers shot and killed had developmental disabilities and were highly-functioning. The two were also involved in Special Olympics.

Joseph and Everett Conant and another brother whose name has not been released were three of the victims. The fourth victim, Nacuma Roland Conant, was an uncle and brother of Everett Conant III. The four victims were shot and killed Thursday in Wheatland. Everett's wife, Suzette, who was shot in the shoulder and ankle, is in good condition at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.

Everett Conant III, father of the three boys, has not entered a plea and is currently being held without bail on murder as well as attempted murder charges. Motive for the shooting is still unknown and investigations are on-going.
