Stormtroopers Want Wyoming To Join ‘The Dark Side’ On Star Wars Day

On the eve of International Star Wars Day, there is a disturbance in the force. A group identified as the Mountain Garrison 501st Legion of Stormtroopers is encouraging Wyoming residents to join the dark side.

According to their website, the MG501 is “assigned to Earth, to protect and serve the Emperor and the members of the Galactic Empire. With over 150 members, the Mountain Garrison is assigned the task of maintaining security across the states of Wyoming and Colorado.”

The group, which was formed in 2013, is actively searching for new soldiers to join their ranks. As their websites states, “the Emperor is always looking for another loyal trooper to join the cause.”
