Three Rock River High School basketball players received recognition as the 1A Southeast Conference all-conference honors were announced.

Two Lady Longhorns were selected for the 2014-15 season. Juniors Sierra Stricklin and Jolie Wetstein each received the accolade.

Stricklin led the 1A East in scoring and was fourth in rebounding. She averaged 17.7 points and 8.3 rebounds per game.

Wetstein led all of class 1A at 5.7 assists per game. She also averaged 4 steals per game for the Lady Longhorns.

In fact, those two players led team in all but two statistical categories.

The Rock River girls finished the season with an overall record of 11-13. They were 5-3 in the 1A Southeast Conference.

The lone honoree for the Longhorns was senior C.J. Smith.

He led all of class 1A in scoring at 24 points per game. Smith led Rock River in scoring in all but one game. He also contributed 6.4 rebounds and led them with at 3.4 assists and 2.5 steals per contest.

The Longhorns went 9-15 this season. In the 1A Southeast Conference, they were 2-5.
