Bomb Squad Examines Suspicious Objects in West Laramie

At 7:50 a.m., Laramie Police Department, as well as members of the police department's Bomb Unit, Albany County Sheriff's Office Deputies, Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents, and a Laramie Fire Department ambulance responded to a report of suspicious activity at the 1500 block of Jefferson Street.

After a search of the area, suspicious objects were located and collected. All objects have been taken by the Laramie Bomb Unit and are being subjected to further analysis.

The Laramie Police Department added that there have been no bomb threats in the area.
