More Fans Can Attend Laramie HS Football Games

The number of fans who may attend home football games at Laramie High School’s Deti Stadium has increased.

LHS Athletic Director Ron Wagner announced this week that a raise in the stadium capacity has been approved. It will allow up to 900 spectators instead of the previous cap of 475.

Parents and family of varsity football players, coaches, band members, cheerleaders, and dancers were already sent an email to reserve tickets ahead of Friday’s game. There will be a table at the main gate into the home side of Deti Stadium where they will need to check-in. At that time, spectators will be asked for their name, get screened, and be given a wrist band. There is no charge for entry this year.

General admission and student tickets will be available for walk-up before the game. You will be screened at that time.

There are protocols to get into Deti Stadium. Face coverings are required at all times. Those without a face covering will not be allowed into the stadium. You will be required to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Laramie High School is asking that if you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, please stay home. Also, if you have been in close contact with someone who is being tested for or has tested positive for COVID, please do not come.

These are changes that are in effect as of Sept. 1, 2020, and may be updated in the future.
