Laramie Pet of the Week: Caruso

Caruso is a nice adult male Siamese cat. True to his name and breed, he has a lot to say. He was found as a stray, so we don't know much about his past, but he seems to roll with the punches pretty well. Caruso is also already neutered and fully vaccinated.
