Lady Plainsmen Take 3rd at State Basketball [VIDEO]

The Laramie High School girls basketball team earned a third place finish at the 2011 Wyoming State Basketball Tournament on Saturday.  Four senior Lady Plainsmen got to finish their high school career with a victory as Laramie beat East 44-29 on the final day of the tournament. Laramie began the weekend on Thursday when they defeated Rock Spring 44-34, then fell on Friday in the semifinal game to Gillette 60-57.  The Lady Plainsmen finish the season 21-6.  It was the second consecutive year the Laramie girls team has won 20 games in a season.
