Do Wyoming’s Concealed Carry Laws Make the State Safer? – Survey of the Day
A recent incident in Casper involved a woman pulling out a handgun and pointing it at a suspect during an attempted armed robbery. The suspect quickly fled the scene, and no shots were fired during the incident. While nobody was hurt during the attempted robbery, it is easy to see how the situation could have rapidly escalated to something more dangerous. Still, the woman’s quick thinking prevented a robbery, and no one was injured. Wyoming gun laws do not currently require Wyoming residents to have a permit when carrying a concealed handgun. Some say this law makes Wyoming a safer place, while others argue it makes the state more dangerous. What do you think?
