
Alabama Resident Arrested for Aggravated Assault
At around 5 pm on September 22, officers with the Laramie Police Department were dispatched for the report of a disturbance to the Pilot Travel Center on North McCue.
After an investigation, and with the aid from the Wyoming Highway Patrol, 58-year-old Alabama resident Johnny Banks, Jr was taken into custody for Aggravated Assault.
Aggravated Assault is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than ten years.
At this time, these charges are merely accusations and the Defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
