After some terrific performances at the Simplot Games last weekend, let’s see how they perform back in-state.

The state meet venue hosts the action on Friday. Most of the teams in the state head to the northeast corner for a meet in Gillette. A few teams taking the weekend off to just train.

Basin Nation Indoor Meet (at Campbell County Rec Center in Gillette) – Big Horn, Campbell County, Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Douglas, Green River, Kelly Walsh, Laramie, Lovell, Natrona County, Rawlins, Riverton, Sheridan, Thunder Basin, Tongue River, Worland

Schedule: Field Events at 10 a.m.; Track Events at 10:30 a.m.

Double Event Winners:

Jordan Stoddard of Cheyenne Central won the 400-meters and high jump.

Taylor Gardner of Laramie wins the 55-meter hurdles and triple jump.

Gillette will host two events next weekend, while Laramie also hosts one.
