UW Students Wrestle to Meet Fundraising Goals
A group of University of Wyoming students are up in arms to make money for a class project. They will be hosting an arm wrestling tournament at Roxie's in downtown Laramie on Friday, December 1 at 10 p.m. The entry fee for each participant is $5.
There will be separate men's and women's tournaments, which will be set up bracket-style, with a maximum of 32 entrants allowed in each tournament. All participants for the tournament will be asked to sign a waiver.
The tournament is part of a project for a class at the University of Wyoming in which students were given $20 at the beginning of the semester with the goal to turn it into $1,000 by the end of the semester.
