The Laramie High School golf teams posted top three finishes, and three individuals earned all-conference honors at the 4A East Conference Championships.

The Laramie Plainsmen came in second place with a team score of 336. Junior Grant Wrhel shot a 76 and tied for third. Senior Ryan Bellflower carded an 81 and tied for sixth place. Both players received 4A East All-Conference awards.

The Laramie Lady Plainsmen came in third place. Their scored was 296 on Monday. Senior Jacquie Perdue fired an 88 and tied for third. She also collected 4A East All-Conference accolades.

Cheyenne East won the boy’s conference crown with a team score of 319. Cheyenne Central’s Jared Edeen fired a round of 70 for a five stroke victory. The girl’s team title went to Sheridan with a 262 team score. East’s Mariah Farden was the medalist after a 79 and a four-stroke win.

The tournament was held at the Airport Golf Course in Cheyenne. It was scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, but was cut short due to the weather. The players got only 18 holes in Monday.
