Green River's Payton Tucker wrestles like he is missing the dinner bell. He wants to put people away as quickly as possible but went all three periods with Natrona's Vince Genatone before prevailing 9-0. So Tucker three-peated as state champion at 182 and has outscored his opponents over the last 3 years in the state title match 26-6. He may be the most complete wrestler in 4A and that's saying something. Tucker went 35-2 this year as a senior while Genatone, who is a sophomore finished the campaign at 31-13

in 3A, Cody's Charlie Beaudrie is a sensational football player and is very good at everything he does athletically. He won his 3rd straight state title with an 11-5 decision over David Walker of Star Valley. Last season, Beaudrie won the 3A 195 championship and two years ago, he took the crown at 182. The Cody man was 35-5 this season and Walker won a whopping 40 matches this season and lost 9.

Rowdy Pfeil had no shortage of motivation entering the 2020 season. Last year, he was pinned in the 2A 182 pound championship match but came back to post a 15-0 win over Riley Shaffer from Thermopolis. That was Pfeil's 2nd state title as he won the 2A 160 pound crown back in 2018. He wrapped up the season with a record of 46-3. Shaffer, a senior had a very respectable season, going 32-9.
