Emergency managers say the newest Wyoming wildfire has forced some evacuations, but no injuries have been reported in connection with the blaze and no structures have been lost.

The Britania Fire had burned 9,185 acres as of Sunday night with no containment as of Monday morning. Pat Kondas with Platte County Emergency Mangement says some evacuations have taken place in the Laramie Peak subdivision.

Further details regarding the fire were not immediately available.

Kondas says donations are being sought. Requested items include Wet Wipes, small bottles of hand sanitizer, travel-size deodorant for men and women, bottles of no-rinse shampoo and saline eye drops. Gatorade, bottled water and granola bars are also requested.

Donations can be taken to the Platte County Fairgrounds 4-H Building in Wheatland.
