Laramie Swim Club Will Celebrate Its Founding
The Laramie Swim Club is hosting a 50th-anniversary celebration picnic Saturday at Laramie High School in the west-side Commons Area.
LSC was founded in 1969 and the Beavers swim program has been one of the most dominant in the history of swimming across Wyoming.
Saturday and Sunday, LSC is hosting their June Open meet, which starts at the Laramie High School Natatorium at 9 a.m. each day.
The anniversary celebration will be from 1-to-3 p.m. Saturday. The location of the west side of the LHS Commons is near the pool. There will be hot dogs, drinks, cake, and memorabilia from the past of LSC.
Anyone is welcome to attend this event.
