Laramie Soccer Matches Versus Cheyenne Central Get Changed

Laramie High School is trying to beat Mother Nature this week. Their soccer matches against Cheyenne Central have been moved up a day.

Laramie will face Central Thursday, instead of the originally scheduled day of Friday. The match times and locations remain the same. The Plainsmen will play at home against No. 3 Central, while the No. 5 Lady Plainsmen take on No. 1 Central in Cheyenne. Both varsity start times will be at 6 p.m.

The forecast for Friday calls for snow and temperatures in the upper 20's, as opposed to temps near 60 on Thursday.

LHS is set to face Cheyenne East on Wednesday. The fifth-ranked Lady Plainsmen are at home against the Thunderbirds with a 6 p.m. start. The Plainsmen head to Cheyenne and Okie Blanchard stadium for their match against East, which is also a 6 p.m. start.

The Lady Plainsmen are 3-2 overall and 2-2 in conference. The Plainsmen are 2-2-2 on the year and 2-0-2 in the 4A East.
