Laramie High School to Host Wellness Fair

Laramie High School is hosting a wellness fair next week put on by the district.

The Albany County School District 1 Wellness Fair is set for Jan. 16 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the Laramie High School commons area.

Booths will be set up to provide information on kids nutrition, healthy cooking options, fitness tips for both kids and adults, gardening in Laramie, chiropractic care, and massage therapy.

The district says there will also be a table for the Backpack Program and for Taste 4, the new lunch menu now being served at the High School.

The event is open to the public.
