Laramie Celebrates Solar Fest 2017 [VIDEO]

Laramie residents and University of Wyoming students gathered at the Historic Railroad Depot to enjoy live, solar powered music, free food and company on Saturday, Oct 21.

The event, sponsored by the UWyo Sustainability Coalition, Wyoming Conservation Corps and the Laramie Main Street Alliance, followed up the Big Event and included glass recycling.

The live music featured  The Woodpile, a Laramie-based indie folk band, Whipporwill, and alt-folk band and Tallgrass, a Fort Collins-based band.
