Huck Finn Fishing Derby

The 44th Annual Huck Finn Fishing Derby returns to Huck Finn Pond at LaPrele Park this Saturday, July 26.

The event begins at 11:00 a.m. and will run through 2:00 p.m.

Kids 13 and under can participate in the event and admission is free.  Kids will be able to catch up to 5 fish. Awards for biggest fish, smallest fish, first to their 5 fish limit, and first to catch a fish will be given out.

The fishing derby is sponsored by KOWB, KCGY, and Laramie Parks and Recreation.
