This past weekend was the 2019 NFL Draft, some players get drafted during the seven rounds and others get signed as a free agent. Congratulations to Jacob Bobenmoyer for signing as an undrafted free agent with the Denver Broncos.

Jacob is a 2014 graduate of East High School in Cheyenne. During his time at East, Jacob earned All-State honors as a linebacker and he earned All-Conference honors as a tight end. Since leaving East High School, Jacob went on to play for Northern Colorado as the long snapper for the past four years.

"It means a lot for me and my family," Bobenmoyer told Wyoming News Now. "It's really cool to see everything pay off and just to see my dreams come true."

The Denver Broncos Mini-Camp should start around May 10th, that's when Jacob will hit the field for the first time in a Broncos jersey. Let's hope he can keep that jersey and stay on the team.
