A Dubois resident died in a two-vehicle crash on Friday, according to a news release from the Wyoming Highway Patrol.

Judy L. Hollingsworth, 65, was driving a car on U.S. Highway 26 about 23 miles southeast of Dubois when her vehicle left the road to the south.

Hollingsworth overrcorrected the car back to the road, crossed the center line and crashed into a van driven by Sandra Robles of Los Angeles. After the collision, the car left the road, tripped and rolled down an embankment.

She was not wearing her seat belt and was ejected during the rollover.

Hollingsworth died at the scene.
There were 11 occupants in the van including Robles. Six of them, including Robles, sustained minor injuries and were taken by ground ambulance to a medical facility.
The crash temporarily closed the road.
Impaired and/or distracted driving are being investigated in this crash as contributing factors.
This marked that the 81st highway fatality in Wyoming for 2015. There were 83 fatalities in this same time period in 2014.
