A Laramie man is denying his alleged role in a sexual assault. Thirty-four-year-old Brett Brady entered not-guilty pleas Monday in Albany County District Court to charges of kidnapping, sexual assault of a minor and felonious restraint.

Prosecutors say that on October 30th, Brady, who was working as a security guard at Wyotech, met the victim and took her on several patrols of the campus. Court records indicate Brady became paranoid and searched the girl for a listening device and removed the battery from her cell phone. Investigators say Brady later took the girl to his home until early the next morning, when he drove her home

Brady claims he suffers from PTSD, stemming from a traumatic childhood experience. It was stated that during some PTSD episodes, Brady has loss of memory, becomes paranoid and believes he is a secret agent.

Judge Jeffrey Donnell set bond at $50,000, with a trial slated to begin on June 4th, 2014.
