Air National Guard Base Re-opens After False Alarm

Captain Tom Blackburn of the Wyoming National Guard  says the Air Guard Base in Cheyenne has re-opened after being closed for several hours.

Blackburn says a package on a UPS truck tested positive for explosives this morning.

But the package later proved to be safe, and the vehicle and driver were allowed to leave. The base re-opened at about 2:10 p.m.
