Work is underway on a comprehensive two-volume history of the Wyoming National Guard.

The governor says the guard is not being used in any kind of law enforcement in regard to the pandemic.

Gen. Porter says that includes the right to peaceably assemble, the right to speak freely, and equal rights for all members of the human race.
