Wyoming To Have Clear Skies For Tonight’s Meteor Shower
The Perseid Meteor Shower began on the 12th. You have one more night to see it. Tonight, August 13th.
Wyoming's night sky will be full of shooting stars, but there is also a near full moon that will wash out some of the more faint meteors.
Still, Wyoming has many dark areas with no city lights obstructing the view. So that does help a lot. We will still be able to see more than most, despite the moon.
Most of the meteors will be visible after the moon sets around 3 a.m., so this is definitely an adventure for night owls.
