Prosecutors have filed felony charges against a man responsible for killing an 18 year old in a car crash Tuesday in Casper. Scott Coleman, 38 reached speeds of up to 100mph before smashing into a light pole, fire hydrant and the pedestrian. The victim was identified as Jeremy Webb.

Webb was reportedly standing outside of a health club, near an intersection, when the accident happened. Coleman plowed into a light pole, fire hydrant and Webb before crashing into a building. Webb was apparently hit and then dragged by the pick up. The severe injuries suffered in the accident lead to his death.

Scott Coleman appeared in court Wednesday and has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated assault, driving under the influence and felony property destruction.
