The University of Wyoming Men's Golf Team is in Arizona this weekend, where they will be competing in the 2012 Mountain West Conference Championship.

The championship will be played at the OMNI Tucson National Golf Club on the Catalina Course, which as only a par-71, measures at over 7,100 yards. Trying to tame the lengthy beast for Wyoming, will be five-homegrown Cowboys: Seniors Mike May and Casey Ruff from Big Piney and Buffalo respectively, Junior Clinton Boutelle of Cody, Sophomore and Laramie native Eric Parish and a Redshirt Freshman from Jackson Hole, Eddie Stewart.

Alongside David Settle on Sportsline Live this week, I was able to meet with Wyoming's Director of Men's and Women's Golf and men's head coach Joe Jensen. In discussion of the course, the talent on the course and the expectations for the championship, Jensen provided a great deal of insight:
