A motel room holds secrets from 1977 — a man's life, lost and still unknown, has the Laramie County coroner reaching out for help.

A 36-year-old Cheyenne woman has been charged with felony child endangerment after reportedly overdosing on fentanyl.

Tamlyn Delgado, who was 27, was found dead in her car last Oct. 3.

Authorities say 27-year-old Tamlyn Delgado died in October 2018.

Naloxone, or Narcan, is a nasal spray which troopers began carrying in March.

The Albany County Sheriff's Office and University of Wyoming Police Department began carrying the drug this year.

Sheriff David O’Malley said the hope is that access to naloxone will reduce drug-related deaths in Albany county.

"It's a shame, Mr. Harper, that somebody had to die to get you to go to Tylenol," Donnell replied.
