The Wyoming Environmental Quality Council plans to vote on the mine Tuesday in Cheyenne.

The crash, which involved a black Ford Focus hitting a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, killed the two people in the Focus and sent the occupants of the pickup -- an adult and two children -- to the hospital.

The shows are scheduled to run Mondays through Saturdays starting June 19.

WYDOT needed two years to produce the roughly 1.2 million plates needed for the initial roll-out of the new design.

The building is substantially complete, with some work including landscaping yet to be finished.

Thursday's celebration is, of course, open to the public. Refreshments will be served after the brief ceremony, and the community will be able to tour the new Laramie High School.
