These are the results for political races in Albany County. Big issues for the 2012 General Election include Laramie City Council, Albany County Commissioner, the Albany County Transportation Authority and Laramie Economic Development Corporation.

Plans to develop the Cirrus Sky Technology Park in Laramie have received a significant boost with the signing of an agreement by the University of Wyoming to buy a portion of the proposed development.

Recently, the Laramie Economic Development Corporation received a request from Jack Skinner of Laramie Regional Airport. Skinner was asking for support for a a specific carrier that would provide an early morning nonstop flight to Denver International Airport (DIA).
