I-80 Summit

Friday brought hurricane-force winds to southeast Wyoming, closing roads, including Interstate 80 between Rawlins and Laramie, to light, high-profile vehicles.

Portions of southeast Wyoming could see 65 to 70 mph wind gusts late Saturday night through Sunday afternoon.

Wind gusts up to 65 mph are expected to blast portions of interstates 25 and 80 in southeast Wyoming through early this afternoon.

Heavy snow is expected to blanket much of southeast Wyoming this weekend, with the mountains seeing as much as 18 inches.

Wind gusts in excess of 65 mph are expected to blast a large portion of southeast Wyoming late tonight through late Monday.

Two to four inches of snow is expected along Interstate 80 in southeast Wyoming this evening into Tuesday, which could impact the morning commute.
