Conditions remain icy on many state highways after the storm that moved through Wednesday. WYDOT has issued black ice advisories for I-80 in the Arlington area.
Interstate 80 between Laramie and Cheyenne is closed due to a crash.

Interstate 80 between Laramie and Cheyenne is open. However, no light, high-profile vehicles are being allowed on that stretch at this time.
