A Wyoming group has sued top state officials, claiming a ban on displaying anti-abortion placards in a tunnel between state buildings last year violated members’ constitutional rights.

(Getty Images) Jackson Hole, WY has received a lot of criticism for being home to the state's only abortion clinic. On May 20th-23rd, a 3 day anti-abortion protest took place near the town square. On one of the days the protest occurred during a Boy Scout antler auction. The end result left two protesters under arrest for violating a restraining order filed by the city.

Wyoming only has one clinic where abortions can be performed and a national anti-abortion group will be protesting outside the clinic for the next three days. Reverend Mark Holick of Wichita Kansas is a member of Operation Save America and is organizing the protest. The group hopes to make Wyoming the first abortion free state.
